This iTiffee Insurance Agency Broncos Ticket Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. PURCHASING INSURANCE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor
The Sponsor is Tiffee Insurance Agency,5400 Ward Road bldg 3-150, Colorado 80002 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of Colorado who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period
The giveaway begins on 9:00am 10/01/26 Mountain Time and ends on 11/01/26 5pm Mountain Time. Entries received outside the Promotion Period are not eligible.

4. Prize
One winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Broncos game on 11/22/26. Approximate retail value: $500. Transportation, parking, lodging, food, and other expenses are not included unless specifically stated.

5. How to Enter
An eligible entrant receives one (1) entry by completing the giveaway entry form.

Entrants may receive 25 additional entries for each eligible vehicle through either of the following methods:

Quote Method: Request a no-obligation automobile insurance quote for that vehicle from Tiffee Insurance Agency.

Free Alternative Method: Submit a free bonus-entry request identifying the year, make, and model of the vehicle. No insurance quote or purchase is required.

An entrant may receive only one set of 25 bonus entries per vehicle, regardless of which method is used. Duplicate submissions for the same vehicle will not generate additional entries. Or simply request an additional 25 entries in writing or in person.

Marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter, receive bonus entries, or win.

6. Winner Selection and Odds
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information provided with the entry. The potential winner may be required to verify eligibility and must respond within 48 hours of notification. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond within the required period, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

8. Prize Conditions
No cash substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes and expenses not expressly included in the prize.

9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries involving fraud, tampering, false information, automated entry methods, or violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost submissions, or circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

10. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the giveaway will be handled in accordance with Tiffee Insurance Agency’s Privacy Policy. Consent to receive marketing calls or text messages is separate from giveaway participation and is not required to enter or win.

11. Social Media and NFL Disclaimer
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms, the Denver Broncos, the National Football League, or any of their affiliates.

12. Governing Law
The giveaway is subject to applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Colorado.
